This is a 2 day event hosted and run by the JVA. Teams of any affiliation can play and will be insured. AAU, USAV and JVA teams are all welcome! This event features 500 teams from the Midwest, Mideast and Mid-South. We insure a high quality event, and a great experience for the participants.

Event Update – May 9, 2020

We hope that during these extremely difficult and strenuous times, you, your staff and your families are safe and healthy.   We were hopeful that we would be in a position by this time to be able to host JVA SummerFest.  We know many clubs were depending on this event to be able to end their season with this tournament or to help prepare their teams for the various national championships.

Based on the current guidelines, both nationally and locally in Ohio, it will not be possible to host a large event in the convention center, so we have decided to cancel the 2020 JVA SummerFest.  In discussions with our staff, our board and member clubs, we feel this decision is best for the safety of your staff, your athletes, their families and the community of Columbus.

All the hotel reservations that were made through our housing partner have been cancelled.   No cancellation fees will be charged.  If you or some of your families did not use our housing service, please contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation.  If you have any housing questions, please contact Samie Riley, samie.riley@jvavolleyball.org.

If you have questions regarding refunds, please email Lauren Ray, lauren.ray@jvavolleyball.org.

For general event questions or if you need more information, please contact Steve Bailey, steve.bailey@jvavolleyball.org.

2021 JVA Hosted event dates are posted on the event website and AES.   We are truly thankful for your support and understanding during these times. We know that better days are ahead, and through continued perseverance we will come out stronger and further united in our sport.
