Giving JVA clubs the ability to offer their staff quality health insurance while owning their own policy under the JVA Umbrella. 

The JVA Club Health Insurance Program is a benefit to members only. To participate in the Program, you must have a JVA Club Director or Organizational membership.

The JVA Club Health Insurance Program offers the opportunity for JVA member clubs to own their own policy under the JVA umbrella.

Eligible clubs have access to offer 3 different medical plan options:
     $1,000 PPO Plan
     $4,000 PPO Plan
     $2,800 HSA Qualified Plan

Enrollment will begin October 1, 2021 for clubs with a minimum of two W2 employees. The W2 employees need to average over 30 hours per week.

States currently eligible for the program include: AL, AZ CO, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NE, NM, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV, WY

FAQ Answers

  • The program is currently only available to FT W2 employees.

  • Section125 plans will be created for you to allow for pre-tax deductions.

  • Employers need to contribute a minimum of 25% of the lowest employee only plan.

  • Key Benefits will assist with your COBRA compliance.

  • C&B will help field employee questions to help understand the best plan options for your employees.

  • Key Benefits will assist with ongoing support after your employees are enrolled in the program.
