The JVA Smokin' Rust Buster is a 2 day event run by the JVA at the Sevierville Convention Center and Rocky Top Sports World. Teams of any affiliation can play and will be insured. AAU, USAV and JVA teams are all welcome!

JVA hosted events will comply with all local health department safety regulations, including but not limited to physical distancing, cleaning and sanitizing procedures, as well as PPE and mask use. Due to the dynamic nature of the pandemic, the specific health and safety plan for each event will be updated appropriately as competition dates approach.

JVA COVID Plan

We have been in constant discussion with the Sevierville Convention Center and Rocky Top Sports World to make sure the 2021 JVA Smokin’ Rust Buster will be safely operated. Our goal is to keep the format of our JVA Hosted Events similar to years prior while following CDC guidelines to make sure we are protecting all participants. The steps we are outlining are taken proactively and based on current information.

Background Screen/APS Training Policy - IMPORTANT!

Every JVA member and all adults listed on rosters at JVA insured events, must complete the Background Screen and APS training unless they have a USAV background screen and Safe Sport certification.*

*Clubs cannot submit rosters for JVA events until all adults on rosters have a verified background screen. To complete the JVA Background Screen or verify your USAV screen, click HERE.
