2016 JVA AthLeaders Announced

Congratulations to the 20 student-athletes awarded as the 2016 JVA AthLeaders for outstanding academic achievement and leadership, as well as involvement in extra-curricular activities and community service.

As an organization committed to the growth and development of junior volleyball, we value the commitment and achievement of our JVA players. This year we selected 20 female junior volleyball players competing for JVA member clubs and these honorees truly represent what it means to be a well-rounded student-athlete.

The JVA AthLeaders were nominated by a JVA Club Director during the month of April. All nominees were freshman, sophomores or juniors in high school during the 2015-2016 school year.

Recipients of this award were presented with a trophy at the JVA Midyear meeting during the AAU National Championships in Orlando, FL.
