Giving Back to JVA Girls, Boys and Beach Clubs.
The JVA is pleased to once again give $200,000 back to JVA member clubs in the 7th year of the JVA Sponsor Program. Applications accepted Aug 1-31 for indoor and Aug 1-Oct 15 for beach.
The Sponsor Program is designed to reward JVA member clubs for promoting the JVA brand, supporting the JVA mission, and growing JVA at the regional and national level.
As an organization committed to improving the junior volleyball experience, the JVA values the support of our members, who are a vital part of our success. Our members have been generous in the support of our program. We feel it is only fair to share our success with you!
*If your club is in an area that does not allow you to fulfill these criteria, note that on your application and that criteria can be waived.
INDOOR
Applications for sponsorship are accepted annually from August 1-August 31 for indoor clubs. A committee of the board of directors will review the applicants. Clubs will be informed by October 1. Clubs associated with a board member are not eligible for selection, but are still visibly promoting JVA.
Clubs are selected on the following criteria:
- Ability to meet sponsor level criteria
- Length of membership and support of JVA
- Past contributions to resources
- Random draw
50% of the sponsorship is paid upon receipt of a signed agreement and W9. Additionally, all marketing materials, web banners, and coach to coach videos need to be completed to receive first half of sponsorship money. The remaining balance is paid when the clubs meet all criteria. The deadline to meet your criteria is January 31st. Criteria related to tournament hosting and tournament participation can be verified by event sanction and event entry.
*In an effort to spread the love, we will no longer be accepting satellite clubs. You may count all teams from all locations to get your final team count and determine your level of sponsorship.
BEACH

INDEMNIFICATION
The relationship between JVA and the Sponsored Club is solely for the purpose of promoting JVA in return for a cash grant to the club. JVA has no oversight into the operations or management of the club. Club shall indemnify and hold harmless JVA, its staff and directors, from and against any and all damages, losses and all claims, counterclaims, suits, demands, actions, causes of action, setoffs, liens, attachments, debts, judgments, liabilities or expenses including without limitation, attorney’s fees and legal costs by reason of any claim, suit or judgment arising or alleged to arise from, or relation to: (1) this Agreement; or (2) the negligent acts or willful misconduct of Club, its employees, agents or contractors.
