The JVA Club Health Insurance Program is a benefit to members only. To participate in the Program, you must have a JVA Club Director or Organizational membership.

The JVA Club Health Insurance Program offers JVA members clubs a discount to Group Health Insurance.

  • The program is currently only available to FT W2 employees.

  • Section125 plans will be created for you to allow for pre-tax deductions.

  • Employers need to contribute a minimum of 25% of the lowest employee only plan.

  • Key Benefits will assist with your COBRA compliance.

  • C&B will help field employee questions to help understand the best plan options for your employees.

  • Key Benefits will assist with ongoing support after your employees are enrolled in the program.
