The JVA Club Health Insurance Program is a benefit to members only. To participate in the Program, you must have a JVA Club Director or Organizational membership.

The JVA Club Health Insurance Program offers JVA members clubs a discount to Group Health Insurance.

The program is currently only available to FT W2 employees.
Section125 plans will be created for you to allow for pre-tax deductions.
Employers need to contribute a minimum of 25% of the lowest employee only plan.
