This summit is dedicated to the business management and leadership development of junior volleyball clubs, featuring dynamic breakout sessions, expert-led panels, and actionable insights on a wide array of topics. Whether you’re managing day-to-day operations, looking to expand your club, or seeking strategies to improve your leadership skills, Align will provide the tools, strategies, and connections to elevate your club to the next level.
Align is open to all club directors and administrators. You do not have to be a member of the JVA to attend.

The Club Management Track is one of the most impactful in-person networking and learning opportunities for Club Directors and Club Leaders. The 7 hour event is held in conjunction with the AVCA Convention and DI Women’s Volleyball Championships. It includes (7) 30 minute educational sessions, each followed by a 10 minute Q&A. NEW THIS YEAR: Separate Beach and Indoor Tracks from 10:00 A.M. – 12:30 P.M. Every session is focused on an area specific to junior volleyball club management, presented by experienced club directors and leaders in junior volleyball. An RSVP is required to attend this event. There is no additional cost aside from an AVCA Convention Registration, and lunch will be provided.

We will be meeting in person this year on Friday, December 19th during the AVCA Convention in Kansas City, as part of the Club Management Track. We will spend the hour in mentoring circles focused on key areas of Club Management, led by a fellow Club Director.
