The JVA has selected 20 girls indoor junior volleyball players who exemplify outstanding volleyball performance, academic excellence, leadership, responsibility, and selflessness as the 2017 Ultra Ankle® JVA AthLeaders.
This year’s honorees are an oustanding representation of what it means to be a well-rounded student-athlete and to give back to the community.
The Ultra Ankle® JVA AthLeaders represent a variety of JVA member clubs nationwide. All honorees are freshman, sophomores or juniors in high school during the 2016-2017 school year. Recipients of this award will be presented with an award at the JVA Midyear meeting on June 22nd at 2:30PM ET during the AAU National Championships in Orlando, FL. Each student-athlete will receive an NCSA Athleadership Grant to provide guidance and exposure in the recruiting process. Click here to learn more about the award.

About the Junior Volleyball Association
The Junior Volleyball Association (JVA) is a non-profit organization that promotes the growth of youth and junior volleyball through program and resource development, education and events. The organization was formed in 2006 with a primary focus of being a voice for junior volleyball club directors and coaches, and to this day is the only organization that is focused entirely on youth and junior volleyball.
