The JVA Charm City Challenge is a two-day event hosted and run by the JVA. AAU, USAV and JVA teams are all welcome and will be insured!

The event will bring in 350 teams from the Mideast, Northeast and East Coast area. The Baltimore Convention Center is located in downtown Baltimore, Maryland.

Background Screen/APS Training Policy - IMPORTANT!

Every JVA member and all adults listed on rosters at JVA insured events must complete the JVA Background Screen and APS training OR have a valid AAU background screen. Any adult with a cleared AAU background screen can be added to JVA rosters in AES and TM2Sign. Clubs cannot submit rosters for JVA events until all adults on rosters have a verified background screen. For more information on our background screen policies, please click here. JVA does not accept USAV background screens.

Housing

We have partnered with Team Travel Source (TTS) to handle all of our housing needs. The JVA does NOT have a “Stay to Play” policy. However, we have secured the best prices available and hope that you will choose to use the rooms in our block.

Admissions

$30 Weekend Pass: Allows you access into the event both days.
$18 One Day Pass: Ticket is valid for ONE day only: Saturday or Sunday.

Spectators ages 10 & under receive free admission. All spectators 11 and older must have a ticket.

Admissions must be purchased online. NO cash sales at the door.

Insurance Waiver

It is required that a JVA Insurance Waiver be completed every season by every player and staff member attending a JVA event.

**JVA does NOT have player membership. You do not need to log in to complete the JVA Insurance Waiver. Player waivers cannot be edited once submitted. Completed waivers are sent directly to your volleyball club.
