(June 28, 2021. Milwaukee, Wisconsin) The JVA is pleased to announce the 2021 JVA Beach Watch List that recognizes the top female beach athletes from JVA member clubs across the country this season.
This year’s honorees include 169 JVA beach athletes from 37 clubs and 19 states. Athletes on the JVA Beach Watch List will be considered for the JVA Best in Beach Award, honoring the nation’s top female JVA beach athletes for outstanding achievement during the competitive beach season. The JVA Best in Beach will be announced in mid-July.
“We are extremely proud to honor the athletes on the JVA Beach Watch list for the hard work and dedication they have put into excelling in their sport” says JVA Executive Director Jenny Hahn. “It’s been fun to watch the growth of the club vs club competition format with the BVCA Club Challenge Series, and we give so much credit to the JVA Directors across the country for your leadership, adaptation and passion to grow your program.s We look forward to watching the outstanding competition at the BVCA National Championships and having the opportunity to connect with our members.”

Players selected are in graduating classes 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 and have aspirations to play beach volleyball at the collegiate level.

About the Junior Volleyball Association
The Junior Volleyball Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the junior volleyball experience for players, coaches, clubs and fans. The JVA provides its member clubs with the resources and support to grow the game of beach volleyball in their region. The organization was formed in 2006 with a primary focus of being a voice for junior volleyball club directors and coaches, and to this day with over 1,200 member clubs is the only organization that is focused entirely on youth and junior volleyball.
