JVA Rock ‘N Rumble is held on two separate weekends as a two-day event. AAU, USAV and JVA teams are all welcome and will be insured!

The event will bring in over 620 girls teams from the Midwest, Mideast, Northeast and Canada. The Huntington Convention Center is located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio.

Background Screen/APS Training Policy – IMPORTANT!

Every adult listed on JVA roster must complete the JVA Background Screen and APS training OR have a valid AAU background screen. Clubs cannot submit rosters for JVA events until all adults listed on the roster have a verified background screen.

*CANADIAN COACHES must submit a valid police check to tournaments@jvavolleyball.org

Admissions

$30 Weekend Pass: Allows you access both days of the event.

$18 One Day Pass: Ticket is valid for ONE day only: Saturday or Sunday.

All spectators 11 and older must have a ticket. Spectators ages 10 & under receive free admission. Admissions must be purchased online. NO cash sales at the door.

Housing

We have partnered with Team Travel Source (TTS) to handle all of our housing needs. The JVA does NOT have a “Stay to Play” policy. However, we have secured the best prices available and hope that you will choose to use the rooms in our block.

Insurance Waiver

It is required that a JVA Insurance Waiver be completed every season by every player and staff member attending a JVA event.

**You DO NOT need to log in to complete the JVA Insurance Waiver. Player waivers cannot be edited once submitted. Completed waivers are sent directly to your volleyball club.

Ohio Concussion Requirements

The JVA requires one rostered staff member per team to complete an approved training course prior to working at competitions.

Lindsay’s Law

The state of Ohio has developed guidelines and materials to inform and educate youth athletes participating in an athletic activity, their parents, and their coaches about the nature and warning signs of sudden cardiac arrest.

All club directors or coaches will need to turn in a COACHES SIGN IN FORM at team check in verifying that all parents, players and coaches affiliated with our organization have completed all necessary requirements for the Sudden Cardiac Awareness training (Lindsay’s Law) AND Concussion training required by the State of Ohio.
