JVA Rock 'N Rumble | Junior Volleyball Association

JVA Rock ‘N Rumble will take place over two weekends. Weekend 1 is a two-day event featuring boys and girls 12U-14U teams. Weekend 2 is a three-day event featuring girls 15U-18U teams.

JVA, AAU and USAV teams are all welcome and will be insured! The event will bring in top teams from the Midwest, East Coast, Northeast and Canada.

PLAYER/STAFF INSURANCE WAIVER

It is required that a JVA Insurance Waiver be completed every season by every player and staff member attending a JVA event.
**JVA does NOT have player memberships. You do not need to log in to complete the JVA Insurance Waiver. Player waivers cannot be edited once submitted. Completed waivers are sent directly to your volleyball club.

BACKGROUND SCREENS

Every JVA member and all adults listed on rosters at JVA insured events must complete the JVA Background Screen and APS training OR have a valid AAU background screen. Clubs cannot submit rosters for JVA events until all adults on rosters have a verified background screen. For more information on our background screen policies, please click here.

**Any adults with a cleared AAU background screen will be able to be added to a JVA roster in AES. AAU coaches do not need to complete the JVA Background Screen form. JVA does NOT accept USAV background screens.

ADMISSIONS

$35 Two Day Event Pass: Allows you access into weekend one (two day event)
$45 Three Day Event Pass: Allows you access into weekend two (three day event)
$20 One Day Pass: Ticket is valid for ONE day only.

Spectators ages 10 & under receive free admission. Admissions must be purchased online – NO cash sales at the door.

Tickets will be available to purchase December 10, 2025

TEAM CHECK-IN

Teams will need to check-in online before their arrival to verify that their roster is complete. *Club Director account access are the ONLY people that can check in teams online*

PARKING

Parking is more convenient than ever with a direct connection to the 1,200-spot Huntington Park Garage. The garage entrance is located on Lakeside Avenue, opposite of the Hilton entrance and payment stations are located near the walkway entrance doors or at the W. 3rd Street exit gate.

In addition, there are more than 5,000 walkable parking spaces surrounding our Center provided by city surface lots and garages. Additional parking information can be found at the Huntington Convention Center website.

LINDSAY'S LAW

The state of Ohio has developed guidelines and materials to inform and educate youth athletes participating in an athletic activity, their parents, and their coaches about the nature and warning signs of sudden cardiac arrest.

All club directors or coaches will need to turn in a COACHES SIGN IN FORM at team check in verifying that all parents, players and coaches affiliated with our organization have completed all necessary requirements for the Sudden Cardiac Awareness training (Lindsay’s Law) AND Concussion training required by the State of Ohio.
