Women are shaping the future of junior volleyball every day as Club Directors, Administrators, and Leaders behind the scenes. The JVA Women in Leadership community exists to bring those leaders together.
More than a networking group, Women in Leadership is a year-round community designed to support, educate, and empower female leaders through meaningful conversations, leadership development, mentorship, and authentic connection.
Whether you’re leading an established club, stepping into your first leadership role, or looking to continue growing professionally, you’ll find a community of women who understand both the opportunities and challenges that come with leading in junior volleyball.

Jodi Schramm – Premier Academy Owner & Director
Jodi Schramm is the Owner and Director of Premier Academy, where she has led athlete and coach development since 1996. A seven-time AVCA presenter and the 2025 AVCA National Coach of the Year in the 18s Division, Jodi has guided her teams to four national championships, 26 Top-5 finishes, and coached 72 All-Americans. Her impact extends far beyond the court, with 365 athletes moving on to collegiate volleyball and 49 of her coaches advancing to college coaching roles. She also serves the sport through leadership positions, including her role as the Ohio & Lake Erie Region AAU Volleyball Chair and as a two-time JVA Service Award recipient.

Leadership can often feel isolating.
Running a club, managing staff, making difficult decisions, balancing work and family, and navigating the ever-changing youth sports landscape isn’t something most people fully understand.
JVA Women in Leadership creates a trusted space where female volleyball leaders can openly share ideas, ask questions, learn from one another, and build relationships that extend well beyond a single event.
This community is built on collaboration, not competition.
