History
K2 was founded in 2009 as the directors saw the need for a volleyball specific training facility in Knoxville, TN. After transforming an old warehouse into a three-court facility the sport and club grew and in three short years the need for a larger facility had arisen. In 2011 K2 moved into a former tennis facility and added a fourth court to their program along with two outdoor beach courts. The club hosts 4 large tournaments located at the Wilderness of the Smokies Resort and Convention Center in Sevierville, TN every year. These events bring in hundreds of teams from the south, mid-south, midwest, and mideast.
