This session is designed for club directors and leaders committed to building intentional, kid-centered youth volleyball pathways that support both athletes and coaches from the start.

Participants will be introduced to a kidz-centered education model for youth and elementary-age volleyball that prioritizes access, fun, and developmentally appropriate learning while creating clarity and consistency across a club’s grassroots programming.

The session will explore how intentional coach education and certification pathways can reduce barriers for new coaches, improve retention, and create a shared methodology and philosophy across programs—helping clubs grow sustainably without sacrificing values.

Attendees will leave with practical insight into how a kid-centered approach can:

– Expand access and entry points into volleyball for younger athletes
– Strengthen long-term player development through aligned early experiences
– Support coach confidence, clarity, and retention at the grassroots level
– Build a youth pipeline that reflects a club’s mission, culture, and commitment to long-term youth development leadership.
