JVA Rock ‘N Rumble will take place over two weekends. Weekend 1 is a two-day tournament featuring girls 12U-14U teams. Weekend 2 is a three-day tournament featuring girls 15U-18U teams.
JVA, AAU and USAV teams are all welcome and will be insured! This tournament will bring in top teams from the Midwest, East Coast, Northeast and Canada.

It is required that a JVA Insurance Waiver be completed every season by every player and staff member attending a JVA event. JVA does NOT have player memberships. You do not need to log in to complete the JVA Insurance Waiver. Player waivers cannot be edited once submitted. Completed waivers are sent directly to your volleyball club.
Every JVA member and all adults listed on rosters at JVA insured events must complete the JVA Background Screen and Trusted Coach training course OR have a valid AAU background screen. Clubs cannot submit rosters for JVA events until all adults on rosters have a verified background screen. For more information on our background screen policies, please click here.
Adults with a cleared AAU background screen can be added to a JVA roster. AAU coaches do not need to complete the JVA Background Screen form. JVA does NOT accept USAV background screens.
CANADIAN TEAMS:
Canadian coaches (who are not AAU members) must submit an active police check that falls within the tournament date AND proof of completion of Making Ethical Decisions to the tournaments inbox (tournaments@jvavolleyball.org) BEFORE the Roster Due Date. The Volleyball Canada course “Safe Sport Training” will also qualify for Assistant Coaches”.

Weekend 1:
$35 Weekend Pass – Allows you access into the tournament both days.
$20 Day Pass – Ticket is valid for one day only.

$45 Weekend Pass – Allows you access into the tournament all three days.
$20 Day Pass – Ticket is valid for one day only.
Admissions opens December 9, 2026.
Refund Policy: Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the date the ticket was purchased. Once a ticket is scanned, it is NOT assignable to any other individual or eligible for a refund.
Spectators ages 10 & under receive free admission. Admissions must be purchased online – NO cash sales at the door.
Teams must submit and finalize their rosters by Thursday, December 31. Failure to add a roster to OTTO EVENT (formerly SportWrench) by this date may result in a $25 late fee per team. Any roster changes after the roster due date must be emailed to tournaments@jvavolleyball.org
Players and coaches will not be allowed inside the playing hall without their credentials. No roster changes can be made for coaches without a valid JVA or AAU background screen at team check-in. Adults without proper screening and training will not receive credentials or access to the team bench.

Parking is more convenient than ever with a direct connection to the 1,200-spot Huntington Park Garage. The garage entrance is located on Lakeside Avenue, opposite of the Hilton entrance and payment stations are located near the walkway entrance doors or at the W. 3rd Street exit gate.

Rock ‘N Rumble: Colleges Attending List
(weekend two only, no college coaches weekend one)
The state of Ohio has developed guidelines and materials to inform and educate youth athletes participating in an athletic activity, their parents, and their coaches about the nature and warning signs of sudden cardiac arrest.
All club directors or coaches will need to turn in a COACHES SIGN IN FORM at team check in verifying that all parents, players and coaches affiliated with our organization have completed all necessary requirements for the Sudden Cardiac Awareness training (Lindsay’s Law) AND Concussion training required by the State of Ohio.
Volleyball Rental: JVA does not have volleyball rental available. All teams are responsible for bringing their own volleyballs for warmups. JVA game balls will be provided.
Athletic Trainers: Athletic Trainers will be available inside the playing hall by the tournament desks.
Facility Rules: No outside food, beverage, or tailgating allowed. No coolers will be allowed. There will be chairs provided along each court for spectators. Camping chairs will NOT be allowed in the convention center due to a potential fire hazard.
