The JVA West Coast Cup is a three day event representing top clubs from the West Coast. AAU, USAV and JVA teams are all welcome and will be insured!

Register Your Teams on TM2Sign

1. Create an account on TM2Sign

2. Add your teams. View TM2Sign’s Knowledge Base for information on how to add teams, clubs, and members to your account. When creating your club, be sure to select the checkbox that indicates your club participates in JVA events.

3. Begin adding the teams you plan to register for the JVA West Coast Cup (rosters do NOT have to be complete at the time of registration, but teams must be created).

Background Screen/APS Training Policy - IMPORTANT!

Every adult listed on JVA roster must complete the JVA Background Screen and APS training OR have a valid AAU background screen. Clubs cannot submit rosters for JVA events until all adults listed on the roster have a verified background screen.

*CANADIAN COACHES must submit a valid police check to tournaments@jvavolleyball.org

Saturday PM (2:30pm) – 16’s & 15’s

Admissions

$35 Event Pass: Allows you access into the event all 3 days.

$18 One Day Pass: Ticket is valid for ONE day only.

Spectators ages 10 & under receive free admission. Admissions must be purchased online – NO cash sales at the door.

Housing

We have partnered with Team Travel Source (TTS) to handle all of our housing needs. The JVA does NOT have a “Stay to Play” policy. However, we have secured the best prices available and hope that you will choose to use the rooms in our block. Please contact TTS Customer Service at volleyball@teamtravelsource.com with any questions or concerns.

Player/Staff Insurance Waiver

It is required that a JVA Insurance Waiver be completed every season by every player and staff member attending a JVA event.

**JVA does NOT have player membership. You do not need to log in to complete the JVA Insurance Waiver. Player waivers cannot be edited once submitted. Completed waivers are sent directly to your volleyball club.
