Windy City Round-Up is a three-day boys tournament hosted by JVA at McCormick Place in downtown Chicago.
Over 300 boys’ volleyball teams will compete in this high level pre-nationals tune-up, making Windy City Round-Up one of the best events of the season!

It is required that a JVA Insurance Waiver be completed every season by every player and staff member attending a JVA tournament.
Insurance waivers cannot be edited once submitted. Completed waivers are sent directly to your volleyball club.
All adults listed on a roster for JVA-insured tournaments must complete the JVA Background Screen and Trusted Coach training. Clubs cannot submit rosters until every adult listed has a cleared background screen and completed coaches training. For more information about JVA’s background screening requirements, click here.
Adults with a verified AAU background screen may be added to a JVA roster and are not required to complete the JVA Background Screen form. JVA does NOT accept USAV background screens.
This tournament will take place in the West Building of McCormick Place (Halls F1/F2 – Level 3). Visit the McCormick Place website for a venue map.

Monday bracket play is determined by your team’s finish in Sunday’s pool play.
Teams must submit and finalize their rosters by Friday, June 4. Failure to add a roster to SportWrench by this date may result in a $25 late fee per team. Any roster changes after the roster due date must be emailed to tournaments@jvavolleyball.org
Credential Pick-up Location: Lobby outside F1 / F2 Halls (Level 3 of the West Building)
Players and coaches will not be allowed inside the playing hall without their credentials. No roster changes can be made for coaches without a valid JVA or AAU background screen at team check-in. Adults without proper screening and training will not receive credentials or access to the team bench.

$45 Event Pass: Allows you access into the event ALL three days.
$20 One Day Pass: Ticket is valid for ONE day only.
Refund Policy: Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the date the ticket was purchased. Once a ticket is scanned, it is NOT assignable to any other individual or eligible for a refund.
Spectators ages 10 & under receive free admission. Admissions must be purchased online – NO cash sales at the door.
Admissions will open on May 11.
Admissions will be located in the lobby outside Halls F1 & F2 (Level 3 of the West Building).
Lot A is the designated parking lot for the West Building (2301 South Prairie Ave). Parking passes may be purchased online prior to the event. Each parking pass will be valid for one day only and will NOT have in/out privileges.
Parking passes with in/out privileges must be purchased at the gate. Information on parking at McCormick Place can be found HERE.

Volleyball Rental: JVA does not have volleyball rental available. All teams are responsible for bringing their own volleyballs for warmups. Game balls will be provided.
Athletic Trainers: Athletic Trainers will be available inside the playing hall by the main tournament desk.
Facility Rules: No outside food, beverage, or tailgating allowed. No coolers will be allowed. There will be chairs provided along each court for spectators. Camping chairs will NOT be allowed in the convention center due to a potential fire hazard.
