The JVA is thrilled to announce an impressive schedule of club management, coach management and player development education planned for the 2023 JVA Club Management Track and AVCA Convention in Tampa, Florida December 13-17, 2023.  Presenters include an Olympic Gold Medalist, Club Director of the Year, Division I National Champion, Club National Champions, CEOs, Entrepreneurs and Podcasters, as well as directors and coaches from rationally junior volleyball clubs and teams.

JVA members have access to a library of resources on running a volleyball club and training junior volleyball athletes, and each year the JVA sponsors numerous educational opportunities at the AVCA Convention for attendees. Below is the list of JVA Sponsored Sessions so you can mark your schedule and plan to be in person with us in Tampa!

JVA Club Management Track – Wednesday, December 13th 1:00-6:30pm

Surely one of the most impactful in-person opportunities during the AVCA Convention is the JVA Club Management Track. Competition makes us better, but collaboration is the glue to success. JVA Club Directors and Coaches compete against one another across the net all season long, but behind the scenes they are working together to find solutions to progress our sport in a positive direction.

Be a part of the solution and join us, along with your fellow Club Directors on Wednesday, December 13th for the JVA Club Management Track sponsored by USSCI, and Hudl in Tampa, Florida during the AVCA Convention and Women’s NCAA D1 Championships. The JVA prides itself on turning gym rats into business rats, by creating opportunities for learning, networking, and yes, also laughter. Check out the schedule below.
