What Can You Protest?
THE HEAD COACH CAN PROTEST:
– Failure of R1 to apply the correct rule to a given situation
-Failure of R1 to charge the correct penalty-sanction for a fault
– Scoring discrepancy on the official scoresheet
– Misinterpretation of a playing rule
THE HEAD COACH CANNOT PROTEST:
-Judgement call, such as ball-handling
– Opponent Uniform
– Scoreboard
