Earlier this year, Dennis Yu and Dylan Haugen showed Club Directors how to treat AI like digital employees and how to turn everyday club life into content that builds trust and drives registrations. Both articles ended with the same advice: choose one task, hand it to AI, and keep your people focused on athletes and families.

Now they’re making that process even easier. Instead of building one AI assistant at a time, Club Directors can install a ready-made collection of AI skills designed specifically for volleyball clubs. The system is available free and can be set up in about a minute from a phone or computer.

From the Align Mainstage to Your Front Office

At the 2026 Align Volleyball Summit, May 12-13 in Dallas, Dennis and Dylan returned to the mainstage with their session, 5 Ways Clubs Use AI to Get Hours Back Every Week. It marked their second appearance at Align after presenting Build Your Club’s Digital Marketing Team with AI at Align ’25 in Chicago. The videos are available On Demand to Align attendees.

Between the two summits, they also led JVA member workshops on AI and SEO, where Club Directors and Club Administrators asked practical questions about registrations, tryouts, and improving their club’s online visibility.

One of the most memorable moments in Dallas was a live demonstration. Dylan, 18 years old and not a programmer, instructed an AI assistant just as he would a staff member. He uploaded two interview videos featuring professional dunker Cam Hazzard, requested transcripts, an article, and a website built according to publishing guidelines, and then left for lunch. By the time attendees returned, the article had been published and the website was live. The demonstration highlighted how AI can automate repetitive marketing tasks while allowing club leaders to stay focused on running their programs.

What’s in the Free JVA Skill Pack?

After the session, one of the most common questions from attendees was, “Can I get the same setup for my club?”

In response, Dennis and Dylan adapted the same 10-skill system they demonstrated at the summit specifically for volleyball clubs. The skill pack is available at dennisyu.com/jva at no cost and works with the free version of Claude.

A “skill” is a written job description that turns a general AI assistant into a specialist. Similar to the Custom GPT “employees” introduced in January’s article, each skill is designed to perform a specific marketing or operational task.

The pack includes:

  • Club Brand Strategist – Defines who your club serves and helps develop a clear, consistent brand message.
  • Positive Mentions Harvester – Organizes positive reviews, testimonials, and media mentions into a searchable proof library.
  • Reputation Gap Analyzer – Compares your current reputation with your goals and creates a 30-day improvement plan.
  • Club Website Agent – Organizes your website so search engines and AI tools recognize it as the authoritative source for your club.
  • Knowledge Panel / Entity SEO – Helps establish the technical signals that support a Google Knowledge Panel.
  • AI Search Visibility – Evaluates how AI search platforms describe your club and identifies opportunities to improve visibility.
  • Dollar-a-Day Strategist – Identifies high-performing content worth promoting with a small advertising budget.
  • Content Factory – Turns one tournament weekend into weeks of social posts, videos, captions, and newsletter content.
  • Definitive Article Writer – Creates a comprehensive resource about club volleyball in your community.
  • Recursive Self-Improvement QA – Documents and continually improves club processes such as tryouts, travel, and fundraising.

How to Install It (About 60 Seconds)

Scan the QR code below or visit dennisyu.com/jva.

  1. Tap Copy the prompt.
  2. Open Claude (either the app or claude.ai) and paste the prompt into your first message.
  3. Send the message.
  4. Look for the confirmation:

“Volleyball Club Growth system installed. 10 skills loaded.”

You can verify the installation anytime by asking, “What skills do you have?”

Scan to open dennisyu.com/jva and copy the installation prompt.

Users with a paid Claude plan can make the system permanent by creating a Project and placing the prompt in the Project Instructions. Every conversation within that Project will automatically include the installed skills. The same webpage also includes downloadable versions of each skill.

What to Assign First

The easiest way to get started is to assign one practical task.

  • “Run Club Brand Strategist on my club.” This is the recommended starting point because it establishes the foundation for the other skills.
  • “Run AI Search Visibility on [your club’s name].” See how AI search tools currently describe your club and identify opportunities to improve.
  • “Use Content Factory on this tournament recap: [paste a link or your notes].” Turn one weekend into weeks of content for your website, newsletters, and social media.

A simple workflow for the season is to run Reputation Gap Analyzer before your next tryout window, use Content Factory after each tournament, and continue building your proof library with Positive Mentions Harvester as your season progresses.

The Director Stays in Charge

The guidance from the earlier articles still applies: AI drafts, humans decide.

Every newsletter, social post, webpage, and marketing piece should be reviewed by you or your designated AI lead before publication. Only publish information that is accurate and supported by real results, authentic quotes, and genuine photos.

That approach aligns with Google’s E-E-A-T principles: experience, expertise, authoritativeness, and trustworthiness. It also reinforces the philosophy behind February’s article, which emphasized building content around authentic proof rather than marketing claims.

Need Help?

Dennis and Dylan continue to offer support to the JVA community. Clubs can reach out through social media, article comments, or by email with questions about the skill pack or implementation.

Questions can be directed to dennis@blitzmetrics.com, and the team at Local Service Spotlight will continue updating the skill pack as AI technology evolves.

Installing the skill pack is only the first step. Start with one assignment, evaluate the results, and build from there. Used thoughtfully, AI can reduce repetitive administrative work while allowing Club Directors and Coaches to spend more time where they make the greatest impact: serving athletes and families.
