MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN (May 22, 2023)– The JVA is pleased to announce the 2023 JVA Athleaders powered by Fivestar that features an impressive group of male and female indoor and beach junior volleyball athletes who exemplify academic excellence, leadership, responsibility, and selflessness.
These 26 honorees are among the top junior volleyball student athletes in the nation who display outstanding achievement in the classroom, in addition to leadership, involvement in extracurricular activities and community service, all while excelling as volleyball athletes.
“Year after year, I am blown away by how these young athletes are serving their communities and displaying leadership in so many ways. The JVA Athleaders exemplify what it means to go above and beyond, and I look forward to seeing how they will continue to positively impact not only on our sport, but their local communities and beyond,” said JVA Executive Director Jenny Hahn.
Recipients will be presented with an award from the JVA, as well as Fivestar App, the world’s first and only sports highlight rating app designed to give all athletes a platform to showcase their achievements.
