The JVA is pleased to present the Club Management Education Track at the 2020 AVCA Convention.  In addition to an outstanding line-up of virtual classroom sessions for Club Directors, the JVA is also sponsoring two indoor court sessions, one classroom session for High School and Club Programs, and co-sponsoring several beach sessions with Beach Nation and the AVP.

The JVA Annual Gathering will open up with keynote speaker Mark Rosen, Head Women’s Volleyball at the University of Michigan presenting “P.M.T.Y.C.” Tune in to learn Mark’s special message to JVA Club Directors and Coaches.

Thursday 12/17 Beach and Indoor Sessions

4:00-4:45pm ET  Competitive Training: How Coaching and Cues can Maintain Culture and Consistency presented by Mike Lingenfelter, Munciana Volleyball (IN)
The presentation will provide a series of fast paced, scored multi purpose competitive drills. The focus of the event will be on creating a competitive culture through game-like drills, with an emphasis on the coach speak/cues that allows for consistent and constant flow.

5:00-5:45pm ET A Round Table Discussion with 4 Members of Team USA presented by AVP, Beach Nation and JVA. Hear from Tri Bourne (AVP Athlete), Sara Hughes (AVP Athlete), Emily Stockman (AVP Athlete) & Crissy Jones (AVP Athlete) as they share their insight and experiences as former junior and current professional athletes.

Friday 12/18 Beach and Indoor Sessions
