Before you complete your budget, you need to decide whether your coaches will be paid hourly or a salary. If they are paid hourly, you will need a system/app for tracking their hours in the gym and at tournaments. If your coaches will be paid a salary, you will pay them a fixed amount per month for the duration of the club season. If they miss practice and another coach substitutes for them, you will need a system to compensate the substitute coach, without having a deficiency in your budget line item for coach pay.
